Rhodes Swimming Competes at Washington University Invitational

The Lynx swim team competed at the Washington University Invitational in St. Louis, Missouri this past weekend. Outstanding performances included Hannah Emery's time of 2:19.15 in the 200 IM and Sallye Hartman's first place finish in the 100 breastroke with a time of 1:07.72. Kristen Griffin and Kelly Helvenston both had lifetime best swims in the 200 back with times of 2:19.90 and 2:23.44 respectively. 

On the men's side, Erick Campbell and Drew Wagstaff both turned out strong swims in the 500 free. Jarrett Tate captured a first place finish in the 50 freestyle with a season best time of 21.44 and Joel Berger had a lifetime best performance in the 100 fly clocking in at a time of 56.74.

The next meet for Rhodes Swimming will be the SCAC Championships held in Nashville, TN on February 12-14.
